Hi! I’m Dani.
I’m a Digital Marketing and Paid Media Specialist with over 10 years’ experience in strategy, planning and buying. I’ve worked in start ups to some of the largest charities in the UK. I’ve planned and delivered award winning digital marketing campaigns and managed high performing teams. I am also a qualified Yoga teacher and bring wellness and empathy to everything I do, to help understand how to get the best out of the people I work with.

What can we work on together?
1:1 Sessions on Digital Marketing - understanding where your knowledge is now and creating a roadmap of where you want to get to. With 121 bespoke sessions.
Audit your Teams Digital Skills & Develop a Training Plan to Upskill - This is something I’m really passionate about, helping to close the digital skills gap. Starting with a Digital Knowledge Audit and then mapping out a training programme. Working together to understand needs, courses and delivering online or in person modules.
Training you up to run your own digital marketing - You might not have enough budget to pay for an agency but you still want to be able to utilise digital fundraising tools. I can train and upskill you to run your own activity in Google Ads (Grant and Paid accounts), Meta (Facebook & IG ads) and LinkedIn ads.
Consulting - you may have a campaign you are about to work on and want strategic advice, or you may have a current campaign that isn’t performing against target - I can review this, to then guide and coach where you need to get to.
Interim Support - you may have a recruitment freeze coming up or a short term need. I’ve done every role from Exec to Head of Department. Let’s chat about your needs and see where I might be able to step in to support. From delivery to team management.
Leadership Course Retreat - Having been on numerous management and leadership courses I never found one that felt authentic to me, how I like to lead and they all seem to be rooted in old practices and advice. So I built my own. Based on my experience as a leader, as a Yoga teacher and giving people the tools to succeed. Covering values based leadership, influencing frameworks, decision making outside of the ego and emotions, breath-work for stress and setting healthy boundaries.
